Executive and client pick-ups

We collect your executives and visitors from El Prat, Barcelona-Sants station or their hotel and drive them to their meeting in a Mercedes. When they fly in, we track the flight and the chauffeur meets them in arrivals with a name sign, with 1 h 15 min of free waiting after landing.

Before the service, send us the passenger’s name, a contact number and the schedule. The chauffeur arrives before the agreed time. At offices and hotels, the chauffeur waits 15 minutes free. For longer meetings, book our hourly chauffeur for the hours you need.

International visitors and visiting teams

Our team assists you in four languages: Spanish, Catalan, English and French. Tell us about plan changes in your language. If your guests arrive by high-speed train, the chauffeur meets them at Barcelona-Sants at the train's arrival time.

For teams spending several days in the city, we run the daily trip between hotel and office at the pick-up time you set, with a vehicle sized to the number of people each day.

Roadshows and full-day schedules

For a roadshow with five or six meetings in a day, send us the addresses and times. We plan the route with margin for traffic on the Diagonal, the Ronda de Dalt or the streets into the 22@ district. The chauffeur stays with your executive all day, and their luggage rides in the boot if they fly out afterwards.

A typical day: pick-up at the hotel at 8:00, a meeting in the 22@ district at 9:00, another on the Diagonal at 11:30, lunch in Sarrià and a mid-afternoon flight from T1. If a meeting finishes early, the chauffeur reshuffles the order of the next ones.

If the roadshow moves on to another city, we drive that leg too, for example to Girona, Tarragona, Valencia or the south of France. Your executive can work or take calls on the way, and the chauffeur keeps conversation to a minimum unless invited.

Conferences, trade fairs and corporate events

Discretion and confidentiality

Our chauffeurs do not discuss who travels, where they go or what is said in the car. If your company asks suppliers to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), tell us when you open the account.

Corporate account and monthly invoicing

We open an account for your company and put every service of the month on a single invoice. The people you authorise, such as executive assistants or reception staff, book by WhatsApp, phone, email or the booking form, and each service is charged to the account.

For each booking we need the passenger's name, the time, the pick-up address and, for air travellers, the flight number. Every service has a fixed price confirmed in advance, and cancellation is free up to 24 h before pick-up.

Send us the company name and billing details, a contact for invoices and the names of the people who will book. From then on, each booking works like any other and appears on that month's invoice. Asking for a quote never requires payment up front, whether it is a single ride or a programme over several days.
