For group transfers, conferences, weddings and day trips.

Category: Medium groups
Passengers: 8–19
Suitcases: 19

Vehicle overview

Once your group grows past 7 people, a minibus with driver keeps everyone in one vehicle. We use minibuses from 8 to 19 seats and pick the size to match your passengers and luggage.

Seats recline and every seat has a seat belt. There is climate control, tinted windows and USB charging. Luggage space varies between minibus models, so when you ask for a quote, tell us how many large cases, cabin bags and bulky items the group is bringing. We confirm it all fits before you book.

At El Prat, the driver meets the group in the arrivals hall with a sign showing the group or company name. We track the flight, and free waiting is 1 h 15 min from landing. If the group arrives on different flights, we help you decide between one pick-up or several.

For congresses at Fira Gran Via in L’Hospitalet, the minibus runs between hotels and the venue. This includes Mobile World Congress. We agree the timetable before you book. For weddings, the minibus takes guests from the ceremony to the reception. Ask about availability for the return to hotels at the end of the night.

For day trips to Montserrat, Girona or the Penedès wineries, the minibus takes the group door to door and waits while you visit. The driver is not a tour guide; if you want commentary along the way, you can hire an official guide.

Before the day, we agree timings, pick-up points and stops with the organiser. The price is fixed and confirmed before the trip, tolls included. For groups larger than 19, we will suggest a coach or several coordinated vehicles.

FAQ

Questions about this vehicle

How many seats does the minibus have?

We work with minibuses from 8 to 19 seats. When you ask for a quote, give us the exact number of passengers and suitcases and we will assign the right size. Children take a seat too.

Will the whole group's luggage fit?

It depends on the model and the type of luggage. Tell us how many large cases, cabin bags and bulky items (skis, trade-fair material, instruments) you have. We confirm the space before you book or suggest a larger vehicle.

Can the minibus pick up from several hotels?

Yes. We agree the order of pick-ups and the time of each stop with you beforehand, and the fixed price already covers that route.

Do you run shuttles for conferences such as MWC?

Yes. We run transfers between hotels and Fira Gran Via to match the conference programme. Vehicles get booked up in the weeks of major conferences, so ask for a quote early.

Can we hire a minibus for wedding guests?

Yes. It takes guests from the ceremony to the reception and back to their hotels. Send us the timings, addresses and number of guests and we will reply with a fixed price. For the couple, you can add a Mercedes S-Class.
