The couple's car: Mercedes S-Class or E-Class

For the couple we suggest the Mercedes S-Class with a chauffeur, the luxury saloon in our fleet. The rear seats have more legroom than an executive saloon, which helps when you are getting in and out in a dress with a train. The car seats two or three. The Mercedes E-Class, for 3 passengers, is the plainer option and also works as a second car for parents or witnesses.

We do not have stretch limousines or vintage cars. The S-Class is the alternative: a luxury car that looks understated outside a church, a town hall or a country estate. Your chauffeur arrives before the agreed time, opens the door and waits by the car while the photographer takes the departure shots.

How we plan the wedding day

Before the wedding we ask for the full schedule: pick-up at home or at the hotel, ceremony time, any stop for photos, arrival at the reception and, if you want one, the ride back at the end of the night. From that we draw up a plan for the day and send it to you in writing, so you can check it with your wedding planner or the venue.

For the couple's car, our hourly chauffeur service is usually the better fit: car and chauffeur stay at your disposal for the time booked and wait between the ceremony and the reception. On a single transfer the courtesy wait is 15 minutes from the agreed time, and a ceremony that runs over uses that up fast.

Guest transport by minibus and coach

For guests we use the Mercedes V-Class (7 seats), a minibus with driver for 8 to 19 people or a coach for 20 to 55. A typical plan has three runs: hotel to ceremony, ceremony to reception if they are in different places, and back to the hotel. If guests are spread over several hotels, we set a pick-up point and time for each one.

Ask about availability for two return departures. Request one around 01:00 and another at the end of the party. Guests with children or an early start the next day can take the first departure. Guests do not need to drive after the reception. We confirm the available times before you book.

Weddings at country estates outside Barcelona

Many couples marry at masías (Catalan country houses) and estates in the Penedès wine country, the Maresme coast, the Montseny hills or the Empordà. From central Barcelona, Sant Sadurní d'Anoia is about 45 km away on the B-23 and AP-7, Arenys de Mar about 45 km on the C-32, and Begur in the Empordà about 130 km, more than an hour and a half's drive. We build the timings on those distances, with a margin for traffic leaving the city.

Before you book a coach, ask the venue whether a 55-seat vehicle can reach the entrance. Some masías sit at the end of narrow or unpaved lanes. In that case we use minibuses, or the coach drops guests at whichever access point the venue gives us.

Guests flying in

If some of your guests are flying in, we collect them at El Prat, Girona-Costa Brava or Reus with flight tracking and a name sign, as on any of our Barcelona airport transfers. Free waiting is 1 h 15 min from landing. Send us a list of names, flights and hotels, and we group guests who land around the same time into a V-Class or a minibus. We book guests who arrive on other days one by one, with the same flight tracking and free waiting.

Getting a quote

Contact us by WhatsApp, phone, email or the booking form. We need the date, the pick-up, ceremony and reception addresses, approximate timings and how many guests need transport. We reply with a fixed price that includes tolls, and asking for it commits you to nothing. Cancellation is free up to 24 h before pick-up.
