How the hourly service works

You book a chauffeur and a car for a block of hours instead of a single journey. Your driver collects you at the agreed time, takes you to your first appointment and stays nearby while you are inside. When you finish, you message or call and the car picks you up at the door.

Within the booked time you can add stops, change the order or let lunch run on. Waiting is part of the service, and you can leave suitcases, shopping bags or a laptop in the car in the meantime.

At the start, your chauffeur gives you a direct phone number. If a meeting overruns or you change your mind about the next stop, you tell them and they rework the route.

A day of meetings in Barcelona

Hourly hire suits a morning of meetings on the Diagonal, in the 22@ district and on Passeig de Gràcia, followed by lunch in another neighbourhood. Parking in central Barcelona costs time and money; with a driver waiting, you go from one appointment to the next without looking for a space.

If the day ends with a flight or a train, we add the run to El Prat or Barcelona-Sants station at the end, and your luggage rides in the boot all day. Companies that need this often can open an account with our executive car service and receive one invoice a month.

Shopping, dinners and sightseeing

For shopping on Passeig de Gràcia and Rambla de Catalunya, leave your bags in the car between shops. Ask about availability for late dinners, the Liceu opera house or concerts at the Palau de la Música. We confirm pick-up and the hotel return before you book.

Families with young children can ask for free child seats, and the driver waits while you visit the Sagrada Família or Park Güell. Your chauffeur is not a licensed tour guide, so book guided visits and entry tickets separately.

Beyond Barcelona

The service can start, finish or stop anywhere in Catalonia: a winery in the Penedès, a meeting at a factory in the Vallès, or a day in Girona. Send us the route and we will work out the hours with enough margin for the road and the waiting.

If you want a day trip with a set itinerary, to Montserrat, Sitges or a Costa Brava village for instance, our private day trips with a driver may suit you better. Hourly hire is the more flexible option when the plan depends on meetings or on how the day goes.

Quotes, minimum hours and choice of car

For a quote we need the start time, the pick-up address, the planned stops, the number of passengers and a rough idea of how long you need. We then confirm a fixed price before the service, and asking for a quote costs nothing. The minimum number of hours depends on the day, the vehicle and the route.

If the day runs long, tell your chauffeur. If availability allows, we carry on and confirm the cost of the extra hours first. For one to three passengers the Mercedes E-Class is the practical choice; the S-Class gives more rear legroom for working or resting between meetings, and the V-Class takes up to 7. Message us on WhatsApp, call, email or use the booking form. Book in advance so we can confirm availability for your schedule. If children travel, tell us each child’s age, height and weight. We provide the right child seats free of charge. Cancellation is free up to 24 h before the start time. Our team assists you in four languages: Spanish, Catalan, English and French.
