What the VIP transfer adds

The VIP transfer includes a Mercedes S-Class and our airport transfer service. Choose your sign text when you book. We also collect private flight passengers at the Terminal de Aviación Corporativa. Ask about additional services and their costs before you book. Before travel, your chauffeur receives the passenger names and destination address. You or your assistant can tell us about changes through WhatsApp or phone.

Your chauffeur tracks the flight in real time and meets you as you leave baggage reclaim, holding a sign. If you would rather your name were not on it, tell us what to write: the company name, initials or a code. The chauffeur takes your luggage to the car and drops you at the door of your hotel, office or restaurant.

Mercedes S-Class, E-Class or V-Class

The Mercedes S-Class with a chauffeur takes two or three passengers with two or three suitcases. The rear seats have more room than an executive saloon, the cabin shuts out most traffic noise, and tinted windows give you privacy for a call or a rest after a long flight.

If you prefer a plainer car, the Mercedes E-Class takes 3 passengers with 3 suitcases. If you travel with your team or a lot of luggage, the Mercedes V-Class seats 7 with room for 7 suitcases. For a delegation we combine vehicles: the S-Class for the principal and a V-Class behind with the rest of the team and the bags, so the principal can leave without waiting for the luggage to be loaded.

Private jets: pick-ups at the Terminal de Aviación Corporativa

Private and business aviation flights at El Prat use the Terminal de Aviación Corporativa, a separate building from T1 and T2. To meet you there we need the aircraft registration or flight number, the expected arrival time and the name of your handling agent or FBO (fixed-base operator), the company that looks after the aircraft and its passengers on the ground.

Your chauffeur waits outside the Terminal de Aviación Corporativa and checks arrival changes with your ground handling agent. Our standard transfer starts outside the terminal. Ask your ground handling agent about any vehicle access near the aircraft. Airport permissions and vehicle authorisations determine access. We confirm the agreed pick-up point before travel. For departures, your ground handling agent specifies the terminal arrival time.

Fast track and waiting time

Security fast track gives priority access to security screening under the airport's conditions. Passport control follows separate procedures. Ask about terminal assistance or fast track before you book. We confirm availability and cost with the service provider before travel.

Free waiting is 1 h 15 min from touchdown. That covers passport control and the wait for your bags. If you arrive from outside the Schengen area, from London, New York or Dubai for example, you queue at passport control before you reach baggage reclaim. If you expect to take longer, tell your chauffeur or message us on WhatsApp; extra waiting is charged separately.

Discretion and corporate accounts

Your chauffeur keeps your schedule and your companions' identities confidential. Send your confidentiality agreement before you book. We review its terms and confirm whether we can accept it.

For an official visit or a delegation, send us the passenger list and who rides in which car. We set the order of the vehicles and the arrival time at the destination, and the chauffeurs stay in touch by phone so the cars arrive together.

Departures and booking

For departures, we agree pick-up based on your starting point, time and terminal. At hotels and offices, your chauffeur allows 15 minutes of free waiting from the agreed time. Ask about availability at Girona-Costa Brava and Reus airports. Book in advance so we can confirm availability for your schedule.

Ask for a quote by WhatsApp, phone, email or the booking form. We send a free quote with a fixed price, including tolls and luggage. You can cancel free up to 24 h before pick-up.
