Privacy policy

What data we process when you request a transfer, what we use it for and what your rights are.

Last updated: 1 October 2026

This policy explains how we process your personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

1. Data controller

  • Controller: Tabarecar SL
  • Tax ID (NIF): B66234105
  • Address: Calle Barcelona 12, esc. B, bajos 4ª, 08420 Canovelles (Barcelona), España
  • Contact email: tabarecar@gmail.com

2. What data we process

  • Quote requests and bookings: name, phone number, email, journey details (pick-up, destination, date, time, number of passengers and suitcases), flight number and any notes you send us.
  • Billing details, when you ask for an invoice.
  • Technical connection data (IP address, browser, date and time) that our hosting provider logs for security.

The forms on this website store nothing: they open WhatsApp or your email app with the message already written. Please do not send us any data that is not needed for the service.

3. Why we use it and legal basis

  • To answer your quote request and manage your booking and service. Legal basis: steps taken before entering into a contract and performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To organise and carry out the service on the day of the journey. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To issue invoices and meet our accounting and tax obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • To keep the website secure using technical connection logs. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data to send you advertising, and we do not make automated decisions about you.

4. How long we keep it

We keep data from requests that do not lead to a booking for a maximum of one year. Booking and invoice data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and then for the periods required by law (for example, six years for accounting records under the Spanish Commercial Code).

5. Who we share it with

  • The chauffeur carrying out your service or, where applicable, the authorised transport operator providing it on behalf of Tabarecar, with only the data they need (name, phone number and journey details).
  • WhatsApp Ireland Limited (part of Meta), if you contact us via WhatsApp. WhatsApp processes that data under its own privacy policy and may transfer it outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.
  • Our website hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) and our email provider, acting as data processors. Where they process data outside the European Economic Area, they do so with appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
  • Public authorities, where required by law.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to tabarecar@gmail.com. We may ask you for information to verify your identity.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

7. Security and minors

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Children under 14 should not send us personal data; bookings must be made by an adult.

8. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. You can find more information in our cookie policy.

9. Website statistics

Vercel Analytics counts visits and contact actions. Vercel Speed Insights measures loading and response times. These tools do not use cookies. We do not send form fields to these tools. We remove query parameters and fragments from page addresses before measurement. We respect browser privacy signals.

Vercel processes page addresses, visit times, browser, device, approximate location and referring website. Contact actions include only the channel and website language. We use these statistics to improve the website. We use our legitimate interest in improving this website as the legal basis (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
