How far in advance do I need to book?
Every journey is booked in advance. As a licensed VTC service we work on pre-booking only, so we cannot pick you up on the spot or stop if you hail us in the street. The earlier you write to us, the easier it is to secure the vehicle you need, especially for groups or during large conferences. For a trip today, message us on WhatsApp or call and we will tell you whether we have availability.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time and adjust the pick-up time. Your 1 h 15 min of free waiting starts when the plane lands, so a delay costs you nothing.
Is the price fixed?
Yes. The price we confirm includes tolls, luggage and the waiting time agreed in your quote. There are no hidden fees.
Where does the chauffeur meet me at the airport?
In the arrivals hall, right after baggage reclaim, holding a sign with your name.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, we provide baby seats and boosters at no extra cost. Tell us each child's age, height and weight when you book.
