Where your driver meets you at T1 and T2
Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport has two terminals, T1 and T2, several kilometres apart. Give us your flight number when you book. We use it to check which terminal you land at, and your chauffeur goes straight to that arrivals hall.
Your chauffeur waits outside baggage reclaim with a sign showing your name. They help with your suitcases and walk you to the car, so you skip the queues at arrivals. If you need to tell us anything before you land, message us on WhatsApp or give us a call.
Flight tracking and 1 h 15 min of free waiting
We follow your flight in real time. If it lands early or late, your chauffeur adjusts the pick-up without you having to call. Free waiting lasts 1 h 15 min and starts when the plane touches down, not at the time written on the booking.
That covers the usual steps at El Prat: the time the plane needs to reach its stand, passport control if you arrive from outside the Schengen area, and the wait at the baggage belt. If you expect to take longer, for example because you need to report a lost bag, let us know. Extra waiting time is charged separately.
Departures: when we pick you up
For departures, we agree the pick-up time with you based on where you start, the time of day and your terminal. From central Barcelona the usual roads are the Ronda Litoral, or the Gran Via and the C-31, and rush hour adds time. At hotels, offices and homes your chauffeur allows 15 minutes' courtesy waiting from the agreed time.
Your chauffeur drops you on the departures level of your terminal. Check the terminal on your boarding pass before you leave. If you go to the wrong one, Aena's free shuttle bus links T1 and T2 around the clock, but the ride takes 10 to 14 minutes.
Girona-Costa Brava and Reus airports
Girona-Costa Brava Airport is about 12 km from Girona and the easiest arrival point if you are staying in Lloret de Mar, Tossa or the Empordà. Reus Airport lies between Reus and Constantí, close to Salou, Cambrils and PortAventura, and handles many seasonal flights.
Both airports work the same way as El Prat: flight tracking, a name sign and 1 h 15 min of free waiting after landing. We also drive between airports, for example if you land in Girona but are staying in Barcelona, or if you have spent your holiday on the Costa Daurada and fly home from El Prat.
Which vehicle to book
For one or two people with normal luggage, a Mercedes E-Class is enough: it takes up to 3 passengers and 3 suitcases. The S-Class seats 2 or 3 passengers with 2 or 3 suitcases and gives more legroom in the back. If you are meeting a senior executive or a guest of honour, see our VIP airport transfer.
Families and groups of up to 7 travel in a Mercedes V-Class with room for 7 suitcases. For 8–19 passengers, we use a minibus. For 20–55 passengers, we use a coach. See our group transfers and 7-seater vehicles page. Child seats are free. Tell us each child’s age, height and weight when you book.
How to book your transfer
Ask for a quote by WhatsApp, phone, email or the booking form. We need your flight number, the date, how many passengers and suitcases there are, and the destination address. Mention bulky items such as golf bags, skis, bikes or a pushchair, because they change which vehicle we send.
We send a fixed price that includes tolls and luggage. Requesting a quote costs nothing. Book in advance so we can confirm availability. Ask about availability for flights after midnight or at dawn. Cancellation is free up to 24 h before pick-up.

Which El Prat terminal do you pick up from?
Whichever terminal your flight lands at, T1 or T2. Give us your flight number when you book and your chauffeur will wait in the right arrivals hall.
What if my flight lands early or late?
We track your flight in real time and adjust the pick-up time. We wait 1 h 15 min free of charge from the moment the plane lands; waiting beyond that is charged extra.
Do you offer transfers from Girona and Reus airports?
Yes, on the same terms as El Prat: a fixed price, flight tracking, 1 h 15 min of free waiting and a chauffeur waiting for you with a name sign.
Can I book an airport transfer for a group?
Yes. For groups we offer the Mercedes V-Class (7 seats), minibus (8–19) and coach (20–55). Tell us how many people and suitcases there are and we will recommend the right vehicle.
Do I have to pay in advance to get a quote?
