The Mercedes S-Class with chauffeur is the saloon we book for VIP clients, senior executives and special occasions. It takes 2 or 3 passengers with 2 or 3 suitcases and has leather seats, a quiet cabin, extra legroom in the back and tinted windows. With two passengers, there is more room in the back.

For groups of more than three people or with lots of luggage, we suggest the Mercedes V-Class. It takes 7 passengers and 7 suitcases, with leather seats. For business trips, the E-Class takes 3 passengers and 3 suitcases. We have no stretch limousines. The S-Class is our luxury saloon.

Discretion on every booking

Our chauffeurs keep your identity, destination and conversations confidential. Send your company's non-disclosure agreement (NDA), which protects confidential information, before you book. We review its terms and confirm whether we can accept it.

If you would rather keep a low profile, we agree the exact pick-up point with you, such as a side entrance of the hotel, and the name on the airport sign. It can be your company's name or a reference name you choose.

Airport and hotel pick-ups

At El Prat, your chauffeur tracks your flight and meets you in the T1 or T2 arrivals hall with a name sign. Free waiting lasts 1 h 15 min from the moment the plane lands, and the chauffeur takes your bags to the car. To welcome a senior executive or a guest of honour, see our VIP airport transfer.

At hotels, offices and homes, your chauffeur allows 15 minutes' courtesy waiting from the agreed time. If a meeting runs over, call or message the chauffeur. Extra waiting is charged, so if your day has open-ended timings, book the service by the hour from the start.

If you book by the hour, you can go from the airport straight to a meeting: your luggage stays in the boot while you are inside, and the chauffeur takes you on to the hotel afterwards. The S-Class has USB phone chargers, and the quiet cabin makes calls on the way easy.

A day at your disposal in and around Barcelona

Book a private driver in Barcelona by the hour and the S-Class waits between stops: shopping on Passeig de Gràcia, a business lunch on the Diagonal, a performance at the Liceu or a concert at the Palau de la Música. You can leave shopping bags, coats or a laptop in the car between appointments.

Outside the city, the same service can take you to a cava winery in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, to lunch in a Costa Brava village such as Begur, or for a day in Sitges. The S-Class is the car we suggest for the couple on a wedding day, to the ceremony and on to the reception; our wedding car hire page explains how it works. For galas and corporate dinners, we pair several S-Class cars for the hosts with a minibus or coach for the other guests.

Companies that book often can open an account with our executive chauffeur service for companies and receive one invoice a month. People you authorise, such as executive assistants, book by WhatsApp, phone or email, and each service is charged to the account.

How to book your luxury chauffeur

Ask for a quote by WhatsApp, phone, email or the booking form. Give us the date, time, route or hours you need. Give us your passenger and suitcase counts. Request free child seats when you book. We hold a VTC licence, Spain’s private-hire vehicle licence. Book in advance so we can confirm availability.

We send you a fixed price, including tolls, before the service. Requesting a quote costs nothing. Cancellation is free up to 24 h before pick-up. Our team assists you in four languages: Spanish, Catalan, English and French.
