Category: Large groups
Passengers: 20–55
Suitcases: 55

Vehicle overview

For groups of 20 to 55, a coach with driver moves everyone in one go, with the luggage stowed in the hold. It is the practical choice for conferences, incentive trips, sports teams, large weddings and day trips across Catalonia.

Coaches have reclining seats, a seat belt on every seat, climate control and a microphone so a guide or organiser can address the group. The underfloor hold takes the suitcases and keeps the aisle and seats clear. The driver does not act as a tour guide. If you want commentary on the outing, bring your own guide and use the microphone.

We match the coach size to your passenger count. If the group goes beyond 55, we coordinate several coaches or pair a coach with a minibus, working to the same timings and meeting points.

At El Prat, the driver meets the group with a sign, and we track the flights to adjust the departure time. For conferences at Fira Gran Via or the CCIB, the coach runs loops between hotels and the venue to fit the programme.

For weddings at country estates in the Penedès, the Maresme or the Empordà, the coach collects guests from one or two points in Barcelona, takes them to the ceremony and brings them back when the party ends. Nobody has to drive home, and we set the timings with the couple or the wedding planner.

Before the day, we agree timings, stops and waiting time and send you a fixed price with tolls included. Asking for a quote needs no prepayment: message us on WhatsApp, call, email or use the booking form.

FAQ

Questions about this vehicle

What size of coach do I need?

It depends on passenger numbers and luggage. We cover groups of 20 to 55: tell us how many you are and we will suggest the right size. Below 20 people, a minibus is usually the better fit.

What if we are more than 55 people?

We coordinate several coaches, or a coach and a minibus, on the same timings with a shared meeting point. When you ask for a quote, give us the total number of people.

Does the driver act as a guide on day trips?

No. The driver handles the driving and the timings but is not a tour guide. The coach has a microphone, so you can bring your own guide for commentary.

What does the coach price include?

The price is fixed and confirmed before the trip, with tolls and luggage included. If the programme involves long waits, such as a full-day outing, tell us when you ask for a quote so we can include them in the price.

How far ahead should we book a coach?

All our services are pre-booked. For major conference weeks, peak wedding season or spring and summer weekends, ask for a quote as early as you can to keep more options open.
