Most Barcelona cruises use Moll Adossat, further from the centre than Moll de Barcelona. Moll Adossat includes terminals D (Palacruceros), E (Helix) and MSC. Moll de Barcelona sits beside the World Trade Center, near the bottom of La Rambla. Port works and operations can change access points. Check your assigned terminal in the boarding documents. Give us the ship and terminal when you book.

From a hotel in the Eixample or around Plaça de Catalunya it is about 6 to 7 km to Moll Adossat: 15 to 25 minutes via Passeig de Colom or the Ronda Litoral ring road, depending on the time of day. Allow a little longer from the Diagonal or the upper neighbourhoods. When several ships are in port on the same day, the approach to the pier can slow down, and your chauffeur builds that margin into the pick-up time.

Your cruise line gives you a boarding slot. Send us the ship's name, the terminal and that slot, and we set the pick-up so you arrive at the start of it. The Port lets private cars stop to drop off passengers and luggage but not to park, so your chauffeur pulls into the drop-off lane, unloads with you and leaves your cases by the terminal's luggage drop. The Cruise Bus shuttle links Moll Adossat with the Columbus monument area, but with large cases you first have to get yourself to its stop.

Your cruise line gives you a disembarkation time. We arrange the pick-up for that time. We include 30 minutes of free waiting from the agreed time. From Moll Adossat you reach El Prat in about 25 minutes without traffic. We also take you to Sants station or your hotel. For a late flight, book an hourly chauffeur to visit the city with your luggage in the car.

A week's cruise means plenty of luggage, so count your cases before you choose a car. A couple with two or three suitcases fits the Mercedes E-Class (3 passengers, 3 cases). Two couples, or a family with five or six cases, need the V-Class (7 passengers, 7 cases). Groups of 8 to 19 travel by minibus, and groups of 20 or more by coach, with up to 55 seats. If you arrive in Barcelona a few days before sailing, we can book your airport-to-hotel transfer and the hotel-to-port run together.

What time should I leave my hotel to board?

It depends on the boarding slot your cruise line gives you. From the city centre, allow 15 to 25 minutes to Moll Adossat plus time to hand over your luggage. Send us the slot and your hotel address and we suggest a pick-up time.

How do I know which terminal my ship uses?

Your boarding documents or the cruise line's app show the terminal. If you are unsure, give us the ship's name and sailing date when you book and your chauffeur confirms it before setting off.

Can you take us from the ship to the airport on disembarkation day?

Yes. We meet you at the terminal exit. You reach El Prat T1 or T2 in about 25 minutes without traffic. For a late flight, book the chauffeur by the hour. You can visit the city with your luggage in the car.
