Moll Adossat, the pier where most cruise ships berth, is about 20 km from T1 and 17 km from T2. Your chauffeur leaves the airport on the C-31, picks up the Ronda Litoral ring road (B-10) by the Zona Franca and leaves it at the port entrance below Montjuïc. Without traffic the drive takes about 25 minutes. In the weekday morning and evening rush hours, the Ronda Litoral gets busy and the drive can take longer, but the price we confirm stays the same.

The port receives cruises at Moll Adossat and Moll de Barcelona. Moll Adossat includes terminals D (Palacruceros), E (Helix) and MSC. Moll de Barcelona sits beside the World Trade Center, near the bottom of La Rambla. Port works and operations can change access points. Check your assigned terminal in your boarding documents or the cruise line's app. Send us the ship's name and terminal when you book.

If you fly in and sail on the same day, check the margin between your landing time and the cruise line's all-aboard time, which does not move. We track your flight, and your chauffeur waits free of charge for 1 h 15 min after landing, even if the plane is late. If you can, arrive in Barcelona the day before: we drive you from the airport to your hotel and from the hotel to the port the next day. If you land in the morning and your boarding slot is in the afternoon, book the chauffeur by the hour, have lunch in the city with your cases in the boot and reach the port on time.

Before leaving the airport, attach the luggage tags your cruise line sent you to every suitcase. At the terminal you hand over the large cases and board with your hand luggage only. Private cars may stop to drop off passengers and luggage but cannot park, so your chauffeur pulls into the drop-off lane, unloads with you and leaves your cases by the luggage drop.

By public transport you need the Aerobús to Plaça d'Espanya or Plaça de Catalunya and then the shuttle bus between the city centre and the terminals, carrying your cases at every change. With luggage for a week at sea, a door-to-door car is simpler. Check timetables and fares on each operator's website, as they can change.

A couple with three suitcases fits the Mercedes E-Class. For four people, or two couples with cruise luggage, the V-Class takes 7 passengers and 7 cases. Groups on the same flight travel together by minibus (8 to 19 seats) or coach (20 to 55). If your group arrives on different flights, we combine several vehicles. The return run from the ship to the airport is a separate booking.

My flight lands on embarkation day. Will I make it?

It depends on your landing time and your cruise line's all-aboard time. Add baggage reclaim and possible traffic on the Ronda Litoral to the 25-minute drive. Send us your flight and boarding slot and we will tell you if the margin is tight. If a delay puts your boarding at risk, tell your cruise line as well.

Can we stop at a hotel or in the city before going to the ship?

Yes. Tell us about the stop when you book and we include it in the fixed price. For a visit of several hours, to the Sagrada Família or Montjuïc for example, book the chauffeur by the hour and your luggage stays in the boot.

Our group arrives on different flights. How do you organise it?

Send us the list of flights with the number of passengers and suitcases on each. We suggest which vehicle collects each part of the group, or whether it makes sense to wait and bring everyone together in one minibus, based on the time gaps and your boarding slot.

Where will my chauffeur meet me?

In the arrivals hall, at the exit from baggage reclaim, holding a sign with your name. We track your flight and wait 1 h 15 min free of charge from landing, even if it is delayed. Extra waiting time is charged.
