Barcelona Airport to Santa Susanna private transfer

Santa Susanna is about 77 km from El Prat. Your chauffeur leaves on the C-31, crosses Barcelona on the Ronda Litoral (B-10) and, past Badalona, joins the C-32, the motorway that runs a little inland along the Maresme coast. Without traffic the drive takes around 55 minutes, and this section of the C-32 has been toll-free since September 2021. The N-II runs along the shore through the centre of every coastal town, with traffic lights and roundabouts, so we only use it for the last few kilometres to your hotel.

Most of Santa Susanna's hotels are by the beach, and the old village lies further inland, in the upper part of the valley. Les Dunes beach has about 1,200 metres of sand, followed by Les Caletes and Llevant towards Malgrat. The town holds the Catalan family tourism and sports tourism destination labels, and its nautical station runs catamaran trips, kayaking and other water activities.

We also drive to the neighbouring towns. Pineda de Mar is just to the south, between Santa Susanna and Calella, and Malgrat de Mar just to the north, by the mouth of the Tordera river. Across the river, Blanes is the first town on the Costa Brava. The drive time to any of these towns differs by only a few minutes. For sports teams and clubs, we offer minibuses with 8 to 19 seats. The coach carries 20 to 55 people and has a luggage hold. Minibus luggage space depends on the model. Tell us your bicycle and bag counts, including the bicycle-box dimensions. We confirm the vehicle and luggage space when you book. During stays of several days, we also take your group to pitches, sports halls and local outings.

A couple or a business traveller has enough room in the Mercedes E-Class, which takes 3 passengers and 3 suitcases. A family of four or more with a pushchair and a week's luggage needs the V-Class, with 7 seats and room for 7 suitcases. Two families travelling together with plenty of bags are more comfortable in a minibus.

By train you change in Barcelona from the R2 Nord airport line to the R1 Rodalies coast line, which stops at Santa Susanna; check timetables at rodalies.gencat.cat. If your flight lands at Girona Airport, Santa Susanna is closer: about 39 km, roughly 35 minutes. For the return to El Prat we collect you from your hotel. Traffic on the C-32 towards Barcelona usually builds on summer Sunday afternoons, and we allow for that when we set your pick-up time.
